Cipolin

Cipolin is a type of marble which is a metamorphic rock resulting from the metamorphism of limestone, composed mostly of calcite. It is extensively used for sculpture, as a building material.  Temperatures and pressures necessary to form marble usually destroy any fossils and sedimentary textures present in the original rock. This peach material was found in South Africa and purchased originally as a peach opal. It is fairly rare in this peach pink color.

Marble is used to provide for both clarity and suspension in states of meditation, including tantric activities.  It promotes peak states of meditation and total recall of dreams.  It helps to actuate the unused portions of the mind, providing for the strength of self-control, the mastery of thought and the power of serenity.  It further provides guidance in the purification and control of thoughts, assisting one in the actualization of that which is desired.  This mineral can produce a nurturing instinct and can enhance good common sense in matters of the home, the heart, and ones sustenance.  It further provides for strength of character and is also a stone to provide protection- both physical and emotional.  It assists in bringing one to balance with respect to both amelioration and improvement of one's physical and worldly circumstances.
