All orders ship within 5 days of placing your order.  We ship using flat rate USPS only. You will be notified if there may be unusual circumstances which could hinder your order.

We currently do not ship out of the United States.

Order Returns

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.  Customers are responsible for all shipping costs with returns, repairs or exchanges. We ask that you insure and obtain a tracking number from any of the shipping carriers you use. Desert Rose Trading is not responsible for packages that do not have tracking.
